Nearly all networks in the world are based on Numbers Game strategy and thus the philosophies and rituals associated with this strategy are ingrained in the fabric of the industry. To change the industry to a 100% Success strategy will take leadership and clarity of those using this new strategy.
To help leaders implement the 100% Success strategy, the Institute will be certifying people. These people must attend a TidalWave workshop [or bespoke training] and prove their understanding.
Those certified as 100% Success Coaches will have the following benefits:
Coaching. They can inform their networkers and retailers that they are trained to add credibility to the coaching process.
Performance. They will be certified to present 100% Success pins to those people who qualify at their systems competence standard. These pins are an international sign of Network Competence.
Marketing. They will be authorized to use ‘100% Success Coach’ on all marketing materials. They will be able to explain that this is a sign that they have the skills to help anyone to be successful in Network Marketing.
